You may have found this page by searching traffic survival school phoenix az or something similar. One of the most important things to know is the difference between traffic survival school and defensive driving school. The eight-hour traffic survival school class is required for drivers who accumulate eight or more points for moving traffic violations in any 12-month period.
It is also mandated for all convictions for red-light/stop-sign running, aggressive driving, moving violations resulting in death or serious injury, DUI, wrong-way driving and the first moving violation for drivers under 18 years of age. Failure to successfully complete traffic survival school when ordered will result in the suspension of the person’s driving privilege.
